IBM4 - Injection Blow Molding
The 4-station machine can work with a wide variety of materials such as PE, PP, PS, PET, and PETG, in the production of bottles and pots from 3 to 500ml, with a thick wall. It is mainly used in the cosmetic and personal care industries, among other segments that use bottles and work with high quality.
A double injection unit for double layer bottles combining 2 different materials in one bottle is available. Servo-motor is an option.
Station 01
The material is injected into the preform mold, achieving high precision in the bottle finish.
Station 02
The injected preform is transferred to the blowing station through a 90º rotation of the pins.
Station 03
Once the bottle is finished, it is transferred to the station responsible for extraction and is then placed in the conveyor.
Station 04
Pins temperature adjustment.
